Forgot my password, what can I do?

Do you have any refund policy?

Yes, in order to request a cancellation, please call us at +1 206-235-0268 If the beneficiary didn't receive the money, we make sure to refund your money within 3 to 5 working days. Also, if the beneficiary has already received the money and withdrawn it, a refund is not possible unfortunately.
